We are replacing outdated technology. As part of this change, an older platform will be shut down and replaced with a better one. In this process, your web hosting service will be updated to a new platform in May–June. The aim of the update is to improve the information security of our customers and the performance of our services. At the same time, technical support for Sigmatic platform is coming to an end.

What does the change mean?
In practice, the change means new kinds of service solutions:
You can easily access service management using a single set of credentials. The platform includes easy-to-install WordPress and pre-installed optimisation tool (AccelerateWP) along with a wide range of applications to install.
The migration applies to all website, database, e-mail and DNS services included in the service. After the change, services will be managed through a new dashboard.
*Following services will be migrated: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, Active Linux, Advanced Linux, Premier Linux, Sigmatic 50, Domain Basic, Domain Business, Sigmatic 1.0 and Woodnet services. You can review the content of your current services in Sigmatic service management at oma.sigmatic.fi.

What should you do?
- If you have not yet updated your company’s contact person in the self-service portal, please do so before May, latest by 30 April.
- Also please make sure, that there are at least two different e-mail addresses added to the contact details, one of which is not an e-mail address from the web hosting platform.
NOTE! Updating the contact information is compulsory, because without the missing information, we can not update you to the new platform. This means, that your website and email will stop working after the migration is executed.
Price list
Your web hotel package will be upgraded to either L or XL depending on the previous package. On the new platform, the services must be paid in advance. Payment methods include credit card and Paytrail online payment. Below you can see the itemisation of the package contents:
